We accept orders by letter or email.
Invoice amount:
The invoice amount includes 19% VAT.
Shipping:
Your order will be shipped as fast as possible. We generally try to ship orders within 1-2 working days. If the shipping will take longer in your individual case we will inform you.
Returns:
Returns must be in unused condition, in original packaging, without customs tracings and sufficiently paid to return to us.
The prices listed on our site our inclusive of legally required VAT. We are not responsible for mistakes and misprints.
Payment outside of Germany:
Orders from foreign countries can be paid with Eurocard/Visa/AmEx, paid the full invoice amount without subtractions.
Value added tax Switzerland and Norway
In the case of supplies in Switzerland and Norway the German value added tax (currently 19%) is taken off from the invoice amount. Swiss or Norwegian VAT is to be paid at the post office. In the case of shipments to Switzerland a small customs duty (for orders over 100 SFr) may result.
Until complete payment is received the product remains the properly of Vis-Shop.
Lack of product:
If the product should exhibit faults in material or workmanship despite careful examination, please immediately lodge a complaint (within 14 days) in writing or via telephone. During the legal guarantee period you have first the right to free replacement. If the replacement should fail, you have the right either for reduction of the purchase price or cancellation of the purchase. Purchase cancellation indicated an indemnity bond.
Shipping damages:
If your package is damaged, please immediately inform the shipping company or visshop.de.
